Reporting a review or requesting its removal

Every review has a link to report it or to request its removal. You do not need an account to use it.

Reviews that name a party, a witness, a child or any other private person are not published.

Reviews

Reviews are written by the people who appeared before a judge, about their own experience. ReviewTheBench does not write them.

A moderator reads every review before it is published.

Privacy

Reading the site needs no account. Writing a review needs one, created by signing in with an email address. That address is never shown on the site: your reviews appear under an anonymous handle.

Signing in stores a cookie in your browser so that you stay signed in.
