Your honor was dismissive. Her lack of care for the case will give the defendant the same discrepancy of care with adherence to the court order. Your honor’s words, “ I don’t know what you want me to do about it”. I came for an enforcement of litigants rights. She did not offer an alternative or solution . The defendant and myself make decent amount of money, so that we could share as per the order. The judge just took his word of mouth instead of evidence or verification. He could have told her he had nothing.
