Ignored a report from a Court Appointed Advisor where Medical Child Abuse was reported. Stated he did not know what Munchausen by Proxy is. Ignored a recommendation from the CAA for psychological evaluation for custodial parent for which he ignored it. Ignored a recommendation of most possible parenting time with non custodial parent based on the CAA's investigations. Ignored a parents testimony that the children were being abused by several family members in the household, to which his response was a charge of Contempt of Court to the parent that was reporting the abuse. Denied summer parenting time to the non-custodial parent without giving a single reason why. Permited purgury by the parent and by the attorney with no consequences. Granted attorney's fee to custodial parent. This attorney's falsely was charging for work that was never done inflating the attorney's fee that had to be paid. Was reported to the Judge, was ignored.
