New Mexico judges on the November 3, 2026 ballot

The New Mexico judges who are named on the official November 3, 2026 ballot lists below and are in the ReviewTheBench directory. Where voters are asked whether to keep a sitting judge, it is a retention election. Each judge's page has their record and official sources. ReviewTheBench does not endorse or oppose any judge and does not recommend how to vote. Reviews are the opinions of the people who wrote them, not ReviewTheBench's.

43 judges listed
15 seats or courts

This page lists the judges from the official lists below who are in our directory. An official list can name a judge who is not in the directory yet, and a ballot differs from one address to the next, so the official list and your county election office’s sample ballot are the complete record.
